Production Process

Allicin is a volatile oil extracted from the bulb of garlic. It is a mixture of diallyl trisulfide, diallyl disulfide and methyl allyl disulfide. 1. Preparation. Select mature, dry, insect-free and mildew-free garlic, remove the stalks, separate the cloves, peel the inner skin, rinse with clean water, and remove impurities and unqualified garlic grains.

2. Crushing and drying. Use a grinder to process the garlic grains into a paste. Put the garlic paste into an oven and dry it with a slow fire. The temperature is controlled at 60-65℃ for 6-8 hours. Turn it over once every 2 hours to make the garlic paste evenly heated.

3. Grind the dried garlic pieces into powder with a grinder and pass through an 80-100 mesh sieve.
