Step 2 - Paths of Extraction:

We use a two-cycle water extraction on our 4:1 water-extracted powder, using purified water, then multi-stage filtering, low temperature vacuum concentration and spray drying.

Specifications: 10:1 50%-60% Chlorogenic acid We use a 50% ethanol closed reflux extraction method with regulated temperatures. The extract was recovered using vacuum ethanol.

Step 3 - Purification (for high-purity grades) Concentrated extract is passed through D101 macroporous resin columns. The washing with water eliminates sugars and contaminants, and the elution with ethanol enhances the chlorogenic acid content.

Step 4 Optional Microencapsulation: High-purity chlorogenic acid is complexed with β-cyclodextrin using high-speed homogenisation and spray drying for water-soluble versions.

Step 5 Final Processing The dry product is ground to 80 or 200 mesh exactly as required by use, then evenly blended and vacuum packaged in light-proof container.
